Directions: Pump 4 to 6 sprays under each arm. If an irritation or rash develops, discontinue use. If the sprayer becomes clogged, rinse with hot water.

The only time I don't use this deodorant is when I'm traveling cause wee always travel with carry ons and its too much liquid. But this is a miracle worker, I'm not sure how but it solved my postpartum odor (hormonal changes) and I have been using it ever since. One bottle lasted me a whole year which was incredible for the price point!! Definitely worth it!

I am very impressed with this deodorant. While I do have to reapply throughout the day depending on my activity level, any body odor immediately disappears upon application. I don't feel like its clogging any pores and it doesn't stain my clothes which is important. I have tried "natural" deodorants and they all have oils that stain. I would definitely purchase this product again!
