I like the sweet peppermint smell, I wish it was a little stronger smelling of the peppermint oil though. The peppermint smell is pretty light and doesn’t stay in your hair. It works fine, maybe a little on the drying side. I only use it once in a while. Whatever you do don’t pair it with the cooling peppermint conditioner because that one smells terrible like NyQuil or Halls blue cough drops.

I really like this shampoo and the smell is perfect! I am highly sensitive to smells. The Citrus is also equally a mellow smell that does not bother me. I have used both and love both the shampoo and even the light conditioner does it for my hair. My hair seems smoother, less flyways. I am grateful to finally have found a good healthy hair product. The hairspray holds and non toxic is such a win win.. no smell!
