I've been using Head and Shoulders for years and it barely worked for me- my scalp was always itchy in the winter. I didn't have high expectations when I bought this, but I'm not kidding when I say my dandruff is COMPLETELY gone. I double wash with this about 3x a week. I lather it in my hands before I apply it to my scalp to get the most foam. If you're on the fence- try this!! It works wonderfully and it's very worth the slight price increase in my opinion.
