Solid Good Ingredient Shampoo
I tried out this shampoo for the first time to replace an old brand I used to use but then they changed their formula to include bad ingredients so I needed something else. After looking at many different options, I decided to test out the Citrus shampoo from Carina Organics. The ingredients are completely clean and the smell is FANTASTIC! It's not overly strong but it leaves a very light aroma of the smell in your hair which is very pleasant. It smells like a combination of citrus oils, sweet florals, and a pungency similar to smelling alcohol (IN A GOOD WAY!). Smelling this shampoo is almost addicting. When using it, the shampoo lathers your hair an average amount which was surprising because people in the reviews were complaining about very small lathering but there was definitely no issue here. I used around a heaping tablespoon of shampoo to wash my hair fully which is approximately 3.5in long. The shampoo made my hair a teeny weeny bit dry which was expected from not using conditioner but after my hair dried off, I was pleasantly surprised that my hair didn't have any desert dry feeling at all. You could definitely get away with not using conditioner if you aren't a fanatic about having super silky smooth hair but my hair was smooth enough to run my fingers through my hair after drying just fine so this shampoo can stand alone without conditioner easily. As long as this shampoo never changes their formula to add preservatives or other bad ingredients like other greedy companies, I'm definitely a returning customer!

I originally ordered the shampoo and conditioner on Amazon & immediately came back to buy the largest sizes they had. I had tried about 3 other natural ingredient shampoos but hated how they absolutely stripped my hair of life, Carina Organics did not & they have become one of my holy grail brands.
